Seller Right of Withdrawal

This page explains a supplier's right to withdraw from selling on the Ewan platform, owned by Al Waseet Al Zaki for Building Materials Trading, State of Qatar (Commercial Registration No. 231223): pausing sales, withdrawing offers, withdrawing an application, and ending the Supplier Agreement and closing the account.

It forms part of the Seller Terms and Conditions and applies together with the Supplier Agreement signed in the Seller Panel. If they differ, the signed Supplier Agreement prevails.

Section 1 Your Right to Withdraw

  1. You may stop selling on Ewan and end the Supplier Agreement at any time, without giving a reason and without paying a withdrawal fee.
  2. Withdrawal ends the relationship for the future only. It does not cancel orders already placed or obligations that arose before it (Sections 6 and 8).

Section 2 Withdrawing an Application

If your registration has not been approved yet, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Ewan stops the review and deletes the documents you submitted, except those it must keep under the law or the Privacy Policy.

Section 3 Pausing Instead of Leaving

To stop selling for a while (for example, during stock-taking or a holiday), unpublish your products from the Seller Panel instead of closing the account. Unpublished products are not shown to clients; your shop, settings and history are kept, and you can publish them again at any time. You must still complete open orders and answer client messages while paused.

Section 4 Withdrawing Listings, Quotations and Promotions

  • Listings: you may edit or unpublish a listing at any time. Orders placed before the change must be fulfilled at the price and terms shown when the order was placed.
  • Quotations (RFQ): you may withdraw a quotation before the client accepts it or once its validity period has ended. A quotation accepted within its validity binds you.
  • Advertising and seller packages: you may stop an advertising campaign or not renew a package. Fees already paid are not refunded, unless the Policies or the law provide otherwise.

Section 5 How to Withdraw from the Platform

  1. The shop owner sends a withdrawal request by Support Ticket from the Seller Panel, or by email to info@ewan.qa from the email address registered on the account, stating the shop name and commercial registration number. Staff accounts cannot request withdrawal.
  2. Ewan confirms receipt within 3 business days and lists anything still outstanding.
  3. From that confirmation, your listings are hidden and you no longer receive new orders or requests for quotation.
  4. Ewan closes the account once the conditions in Section 6 are met, and confirms the closing date to you in writing.

Section 6 Before the Account Is Closed

You must:

  • Deliver all open orders, or cancel them with a full refund to the client.
  • Handle open return, refund and complaint cases under the Return & Refund Policy, and pay clients any approved refunds.
  • Pay all commissions and fees due, including commission on sales paid to you after your request.

Ewan pays you any amount it holds for you (for example, payments made with the Ewan wallet), after deducting amounts due, to your registered bank account.

Section 7 After Withdrawal

  • Your shop page and listings are removed from the platform, and your staff accounts are deactivated.
  • Ewan keeps records of orders, invoices, messages and agreements for the periods required by law and under the Privacy Policy; they may be used as evidence where the law permits.
  • Ratings and reviews of past orders may remain part of those order records.
  • The licence you gave Ewan to display your content ends, except as needed to keep those records.

Section 8 Obligations That Continue

The following survive withdrawal:

  • Your warranty and liability towards clients for the products you supplied.
  • Commissions and fees that became due, and approved refunds.
  • Confidentiality of the commercial, technical and financial information you obtained through the platform.
  • The non-circumvention obligation for (12) twelve months from your last dealing with a client through the platform, and the Penalty Clause, as set out in the Terms & Conditions.

Section 9 Withdrawal by Ewan

Ewan may suspend or close a supplier account in the cases set out in Article 13 of the Seller Terms and Conditions. Sections 6 to 8 apply in the same way to an account closed by Ewan.

Section 10 Payments and Earnings

Ewan does not keep a balance of your sales for you to withdraw. Clients pay you directly by cash on delivery, bank transfer or Fawran, or by card into your own Noqoody merchant account connected under Payment Settings. Where a client pays with the Ewan wallet, Ewan pays you the amount due, after commission and fees, to your registered bank account; these payments appear under Payment History. Commission is settled monthly as set out in your Supplier Agreement.

Section 11 Rejoining

You may apply to sell on Ewan again after withdrawing. Ewan may refuse a new application if the previous account was closed for a breach, or while amounts remain unpaid.

Section 12 Contact

Support Ticket from the Seller Panel, info@ewan.qa or +974 7000 3837. Ewan may update this page; changes are announced through the Seller Panel or by email.
