Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are unused, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom-cut, bulk and special-order construction materials may be non-returnable.

2. How to Request a Return

Log in to your account, open the order and submit a return request, or contact us at info@ewan.qa. Approved returns will receive collection or drop-off instructions.

3. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or your Ewan wallet within 7-14 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our or the seller error.
