This Privacy Policy explains how the Ewan platform, owned by Al Waseet Al Zaki for Building Materials Trading and based in the State of Qatar, Commercial Registration No. 231223 — Commercial License No. 311403, collects, processes, and protects your personal and commercial data.
This Policy applies to all users of the Platform — suppliers, factories, contractors, design companies, real-estate developers, and visitors — and covers the website together with all of its applications and associated services.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Platform's General Terms and Conditions, and your use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of its provisions.
Article 1 Data We Collect
We may collect the following categories of data, depending on how you use the Platform:
- Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (encrypted), and interface language.
- Establishment data: company name, commercial registration, statutory licenses, professional certificates, address, and contact details.
- Supporting documents: whatever is uploaded to verify identity or commercial activity, including signed agreements.
- Transaction data: orders, requests for price quotations, submitted offers, invoices, and purchase and sales history.
- Payment data: payment status and bank transfer receipts. The Platform does not store complete bank card details.
- Correspondence data: messages exchanged through the Platform, complaints, and support requests.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages visited, and access times.
Article 2 How We Collect Data
- Data you provide directly when registering, uploading documents, or creating requests and offers.
- Data collected automatically while you browse the Platform, through cookies and similar technologies.
- Data we receive from third parties, such as payment service providers or verification bodies, within the limits permitted by law.
Article 3 Purposes of Processing
We use your data solely for the following purposes:
- Creating and managing your account and verifying your identity and commercial activity.
- Enabling the display of products and the exchange of purchase requests and price quotations between the parties.
- Executing orders, following up on payments, and issuing invoices.
- Providing technical support and handling complaints and disputes.
- Improving the Platform's performance, developing its services, and analysing usage patterns.
- Sending operational notifications relating to your account or your orders.
- Sending offers and marketing messages, subject to your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Preventing fraud and misuse and protecting the rights of the Platform and its users.
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations in the State of Qatar.
Article 4 Legal Basis for Processing
Your data is processed on the basis of one or more of the following:
- Performance of the contractual relationship between you and the Platform.
- Your express consent, in particular with regard to marketing messages and non-essential cookies.
- The Platform's legitimate interest in operating its services and protecting them from fraud.
- Compliance with a legal obligation imposed by the competent authorities.
Article 5 Sharing Data with Third Parties
The Platform does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with:
- The other party to the transaction: contact and establishment details are made available to the supplier or client to the extent necessary to complete the dealing.
- Payment service providers: including Noqoody for processing payment operations.
- Technical service providers: such as hosting, storage, email, and SMS services, under agreements that bind them to confidentiality.
- The competent authorities: where there is a legal request or order, or to protect the rights of the Platform and its users.
Article 6 Cookies
The Platform uses cookies to operate essential services such as maintaining your login session, the shopping cart, and language preference, and to measure performance and improve the user experience.
You can control or delete cookies from your browser settings, noting that disabling essential cookies may prevent some of the Platform's services from functioning correctly.
Article 7 Data Retention
- We retain your data throughout the period your account remains active on the Platform.
- We retain records of transactions, invoices, and signed agreements for the period required by the accounting and commercial laws in force in the State of Qatar.
- Once the purpose of retention no longer applies, the data is securely deleted or anonymised.
Article 8 Data Security
The Platform takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encryption of communications, password hashing, restriction of access privileges, and periodic review of systems.
Nevertheless, the security of any means of electronic transmission or storage cannot be absolutely guaranteed. The User undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and to notify the Platform immediately upon suspecting any unauthorized use of their account.
Article 9 User Rights
In accordance with the laws in force in the State of Qatar, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data the Platform holds about you.
- Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request the deletion of your data, unless a legal or contractual obligation to retain it exists.
- Object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the State of Qatar.

Article 10 Data of Minors
The Platform is intended for commercial dealings between establishments and adults. It is not directed at persons under the age of eighteen and does not knowingly collect their data. If it becomes apparent that data belonging to a minor has been collected, it is deleted as soon as this comes to our knowledge.
Article 11 Transfer of Data Outside the State
Some data may be stored or processed with service providers outside the State of Qatar. In such cases, the Platform undertakes to put in place appropriate safeguards to protect the data in a manner consistent with the laws in force in the State of Qatar.

Article 13 Amendments to this Policy
The Platform may amend this Privacy Policy whenever necessary. The amendment becomes effective from the date of its publication on the Platform or from the date specified in the amendment notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the amendment takes effect is deemed acceptance of it, without prejudice to any rights granted to you by law.
Article 14 Governing Law
This Policy is subject to the laws in force in the State of Qatar, in particular the legislation relating to the protection of personal data privacy, and the Qatari judiciary has jurisdiction to decide any dispute arising from it.
This Policy was drawn up in the Arabic language, and the Arabic version is the approved reference for its interpretation and application. In the event of any conflict between any translation and the Arabic version, priority shall be given to the Arabic version, unless the applicable law provides otherwise.
تُوضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية قيام منصة (إيوان)، التابعة لشركة الوسيط الذكي للتجارة في مواد البناء ومقرها دولة قطر، سجل تجاري رقم 231223 — رخصة تجارية رقم 311403، بجمع بياناتك الشخصية والتجارية ومعالجتها وحمايتها.
تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع مستخدمي المنصة من الموردين والمصانع والمقاولين وشركات التصميم والمطوّرين العقاريين والزوّار، وتشمل الموقع الإلكتروني وجميع التطبيقات والخدمات التابعة له.
تُعدّ هذه السياسة جزءاً لا يتجزأ من الشروط والأحكام العامة للمنصة، ويُعدّ استخدامك للمنصة موافقةً على ما ورد فيها.
البند الأول البيانات التي نجمعها
قد نجمع الفئات الآتية من البيانات بحسب طبيعة استخدامك للمنصة:
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف، وكلمة المرور (مُشفّرة)، ولغة الواجهة.
- بيانات المنشأة: اسم الشركة، والسجل التجاري، والرخص النظامية، والشهادات المهنية، والعنوان، وبيانات التواصل.
- المستندات الثبوتية: ما يُرفع للتحقق من الهوية أو النشاط التجاري، بما في ذلك الاتفاقيات الموقّعة.
- بيانات المعاملات: الطلبات، وطلبات عروض الأسعار، والعروض المقدّمة، والفواتير، وسجل المشتريات والمبيعات.
- بيانات الدفع: حالة السداد وإيصالات التحويل البنكي. ولا تقوم المنصة بتخزين بيانات البطاقات البنكية الكاملة.
- بيانات المراسلات: الرسائل المتبادلة عبر المنصة، والشكاوى، وطلبات الدعم.
- البيانات التقنية: عنوان IP، ونوع الجهاز والمتصفح، ونظام التشغيل، وصفحات الزيارة، وأوقات الدخول.
البند الثاني كيفية جمع البيانات
- بيانات تقدّمها أنت مباشرةً عند التسجيل أو رفع المستندات أو إنشاء الطلبات والعروض.
- بيانات تُجمع تلقائياً أثناء تصفّحك للمنصة عبر ملفات الارتباط والتقنيات المشابهة.
- بيانات نتلقّاها من أطراف ثالثة، مثل مزوّدي خدمات الدفع أو جهات التحقق، في حدود ما تسمح به القوانين.
البند الثالث أغراض معالجة البيانات
نستخدم بياناتك للأغراض الآتية فقط:
- إنشاء حسابك وإدارته والتحقق من هويتك ونشاطك التجاري.
- تمكين عرض المنتجات وتبادل طلبات الشراء وعروض الأسعار بين الأطراف.
- تنفيذ الطلبات ومتابعة المدفوعات وإصدار الفواتير.
- تقديم الدعم الفني ومعالجة الشكاوى والنزاعات.
- تحسين أداء المنصة وتطوير خدماتها وتحليل أنماط الاستخدام.
- إرسال الإشعارات التشغيلية المتعلقة بحسابك أو طلباتك.
- إرسال العروض والرسائل التسويقية، وذلك بموافقتك ويمكنك سحبها في أي وقت.
- منع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام وحماية حقوق المنصة ومستخدميها.
- الامتثال للالتزامات القانونية والرقابية في دولة قطر.
البند الرابع الأساس القانوني للمعالجة
تتم معالجة بياناتك استناداً إلى واحد أو أكثر من الأسس الآتية:
- تنفيذ العلاقة التعاقدية بينك وبين المنصة.
- موافقتك الصريحة، ولا سيما فيما يخص الرسائل التسويقية وملفات الارتباط غير الضرورية.
- المصلحة المشروعة للمنصة في تشغيل خدماتها وحمايتها من الاحتيال.
- الامتثال لالتزام قانوني تفرضه الجهات المختصة.
البند الخامس مشاركة البيانات مع الغير
لا تبيع المنصة بياناتك الشخصية ولا تؤجّرها ولا تتاجر بها. وقد تتم مشاركة البيانات في الحدود اللازمة فقط مع:
- الطرف الآخر في الصفقة: تُتاح بيانات التواصل والمنشأة للمورد أو العميل بالقدر اللازم لإتمام التعامل.
- مزوّدي خدمات الدفع: ومنهم شركة نقودي لمعالجة عمليات السداد.
- مزوّدي الخدمات التقنية: كخدمات الاستضافة والتخزين والبريد الإلكتروني والرسائل النصية، وفق اتفاقيات تُلزمهم بالسرية.
- الجهات المختصة: عند وجود طلب أو أمر قانوني، أو لحماية حقوق المنصة ومستخدميها.
البند السادس ملفات الارتباط (الكوكيز)
تستخدم المنصة ملفات الارتباط لتشغيل الخدمات الأساسية مثل حفظ جلسة الدخول وسلة المشتريات وتفضيل اللغة، ولقياس الأداء وتحسين تجربة الاستخدام.
يمكنك التحكم في ملفات الارتباط أو حذفها من إعدادات متصفحك، مع العلم بأن تعطيل الملفات الضرورية قد يمنع بعض خدمات المنصة من العمل بشكل صحيح.
البند السابع الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
- نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال مدة نشاط حسابك على المنصة.
- نحتفظ بسجلات المعاملات والفواتير والاتفاقيات الموقّعة للمدة التي تفرضها القوانين المحاسبية والتجارية السارية في دولة قطر.
- عند انتفاء الغرض من الاحتفاظ، تُحذف البيانات أو تُجعل مجهولة الهوية بصورة آمنة.
البند الثامن أمن البيانات
تتخذ المنصة تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية البيانات، تشمل تشفير الاتصال، وتشفير كلمات المرور، وتقييد صلاحيات الوصول، والمراجعة الدورية للأنظمة.
ومع ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان أمان أي وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكتروني بصورة مطلقة، ويلتزم المستخدم بالحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخوله وإبلاغ المنصة فوراً عند الاشتباه في أي استخدام غير مصرّح به لحسابه.
البند التاسع حقوق المستخدم
وفقاً للقوانين السارية في دولة قطر، يحق لك:
- الاطّلاع على بياناتك الشخصية التي تحتفظ بها المنصة.
- طلب تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة أو غير المكتملة.
- طلب حذف بياناتك، وذلك ما لم يوجد التزام قانوني أو تعاقدي بالاحتفاظ بها.
- الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتك لأغراض التسويق المباشر.
- سحب موافقتك في أي وقت دون أن يؤثر ذلك على مشروعية المعالجة السابقة للسحب.
- تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة الرقابية المختصة في دولة قطر.

البند العاشر بيانات القاصرين
المنصة مخصّصة للتعاملات التجارية بين المنشآت والأشخاص البالغين، ولا تستهدف من هم دون سن الثامنة عشرة ولا تجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. وإذا تبيّن جمع بيانات لقاصر، تُحذف فور العلم بذلك.
البند الحادي عشر نقل البيانات خارج الدولة
قد تُخزَّن بعض البيانات أو تُعالَج لدى مزوّدي خدمات خارج دولة قطر. وفي هذه الحالة تلتزم المنصة باتخاذ الضمانات المناسبة لحماية البيانات بما يتوافق مع القوانين السارية في دولة قطر.

البند الثالث عشر تعديل هذه السياسة
يجوز للمنصة تعديل سياسة الخصوصية كلما اقتضت الحاجة، ويصبح التعديل نافذاً من تاريخ نشره على المنصة أو من التاريخ المحدد في إشعار التعديل. ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد نفاذ التعديل قبولاً له، دون إخلال بأي حقوق يقرّرها لك القانون.
البند الرابع عشر القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه السياسة للقوانين السارية في دولة قطر، ولا سيما التشريعات المتعلقة بحماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية، ويختص القضاء القطري بالفصل في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.
حُرّرت هذه السياسة باللغة العربية، وتكون النسخة العربية هي المرجع المعتمد في تفسيرها وتطبيقها، وفي حال وجود أي تعارض بين أي ترجمة والنسخة العربية تكون الأولوية للنسخة العربية، ما لم يقضِ القانون الواجب التطبيق بغير ذلك.
